A year of plant-based support for your wellness and self-care -  handcrafted on our Comox Valley homestead
 
Welcome to our Seasonal Herbal CSA — a gentle, earth-rooted way to nourish yourself throughout the year with small-batch herbal goods, seasonal plant wisdom, and locally grown medicine.
Each box is crafted from herbs I grow, forage ethically, or source locally, made in small batches with care, intention, and clinical herbal knowledge.
This CSA is perfect for anyone wanting to bring the rhythms of the seasons into their daily life — slowly, naturally, and with a sense of connection to plants that grow around them.
 
How It Works
You’ll receive four seasonal boxes each year — Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter — delivered right to your door (within the Comox Valley - outside this area we can make special arrangements).
Each box includes 6-8 handcrafted herbal items, along with seasonal notes, recipes, and guidance for using what’s inside.
No pickups required — delivered right to your door, a box full of nature’s gifts.
 
What’s Inside Each Seasonal Box
Contents shift with the seasons and the plants available, but you can expect a thoughtful blend of:
✨ Herbal Tea Blends
Small-batch, seasonally formulated, made from herbs grown in my garden.
✨ Tinctures or Oxymels
Herbal extracts crafted from in-season plants, designed for gentle daily support.
✨ Botanical Body Care
Examples include salves, creams, or infused bath salts, lip balms — all created with your seasonal needs in mind.
✨ Herbed Culinary Blends
Such as herbed salts, botanical sugars, or seasonal kitchen blends.
✨ Fresh or Dried Herbs for DIY Use
Perfect for teas, syrups, kitchen medicine, or crafting.
✨A Handcrafted Plant Profile & Recipe 
Including seasonal education and recipes to help you work with your harvest. Like everything in your box, this guide is prepared by hand with care and intention.
✨A Herbal or Floral Jelly 
A seasonal botanical, artisan jelly perfect for pairing with cheese, glazing meats and vegetables, or elevating a simple meal with a touch of garden flavour.

🌱 Spring Apothecary Box — March-May
A gentle, uplifting box that supports renewal, emergence, and lightness.
May include:
• Spring herbal tea blend (fresh green notes)
• Nourishing tincture or oxymel
• Herbed salt blend
• Early spring dried or fresh greens (dandelion leaf, hairy bittercress, etc.)
• Fresh Herbs bundles
• Botanical body care item
• Seasonal recipe card & plant notes
• Herbal or Floral Jelly
 
🌸 Summer Apothecary Box — June- August 
Vibrant, floral, cooling, and heart-supportive.
May include:
• Floral or cooling tea blend
• Flower essence or tincture
• Botanical body product or salve (Itch Stick, Rose water, comfrey salve etc. )
• Dried or Fresh summer herbs
• Seasonal kitchen blend
• Berry Shrubs for a cooling summer drink
• Something Fresh from my garden ( Salad mix, berries etc.) 
• Educational card & recipes
• Herbal or Floral Jelly
 
🍂 Autumn Apothecary Box — September- October 
A grounding, nourishing collection with roots, berries, and immune support.
May include:
• Warming tea blend
• Root tincture or oxymel
• Salve or nourishing skin care
• Seasonal dried or fresh herbs
• Root & berry inspired kitchen item
• Something Fresh from my garden (Salad Mix, Berries, etc.)
• Herbal or Floral Jelly
• Plant lore & recipes
 
❄ Winter Apothecary Box — November - December 
Cozy, immune-supportive, and calming.
May include:
• Evergreen tea
• Winter tincture blend
• Botanical bath salts
• Herbal syrup sample
• Dried winter herbs
• "Coffee" Blend (May include dandelion & chicory) 
• Herbal or Floral Jelly
