Welcome to our Seasonal Herbal CSA — a gentle, earth-rooted way to nourish yourself throughout the year with small-batch herbal goods, seasonal plant wisdom, and locally grown medicine.
Each box is crafted from herbs I grow, forage ethically, or source locally, made in small batches with care, intention, and clinical herbal knowledge.
This CSA is perfect for anyone wanting to bring the rhythms of the seasons into their daily life — slowly, naturally, and with a sense of connection to place.
 
How It Works
You’ll receive four seasonal boxes each year — Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter — delivered right to your door (within the Comox Valley - outside this area we can make special arrangements).
Each box includes 5–7 handcrafted herbal items, along with seasonal notes, recipes, and guidance for using what’s inside.
No pickups required — delivered right to your door, a box full of nature’s gifts.
 
What’s Inside Each Seasonal Box
Contents shift with the seasons and the plants available, but you can expect a thoughtful blend of:

Small-batch, seasonally formulated, made from herbs grown in my garden.
✨ Tinctures or Oxymels
Herbal extracts crafted from in-season plants, designed for gentle daily support.
✨ Botanical Body Care
Examples include salves, creams, or infused bath salts, lip balms — all created with your seasonal needs in mind.
✨ Herbed Culinary Blends

Everything is handcrafted in small quantities on my property — grown, harvested, and prepared by hand with intention.

🌸 Summer Apothecary Box — Mid July
Vibrant, floral, cooling, and heart-supportive.

🍂 Autumn Apothecary Box — Late September
