  • Salt + pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix jelly, Dijon, and lemon.

Ingredients

For the bread:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¾ cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2–4 tbsp warm water (as needed)

For the Toppings:

  • ¼ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese

  • Optional: thin red onion slices or arugula after baking

Instructions

Bread Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add yogurt and olive oil. Stir until shaggy dough forms.

  3. Add warm water 1 tbsp at a time until dough comes together.

  4. Turn onto a floured surface and knead gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth.

  5. Divide into 4–6 balls.

  6. Roll each ball into thin rounds (about ¼ inch thick).

  7.

  8. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high.

  9. Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden bubbles form.

  10. Brush lightly with olive oil while warm if desired.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Brush flatbread lightly with olive oil.

  3. Drop small spoonfuls of nasturtium jelly across the surface — don’t spread fully, let it melt into pockets.

  4. Sprinkle cheddar evenly over the base.

  5. Add feta/goat cheese.

  6. Add chili flakes and pepper.

  7. Bake 8–12 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and edges are golden.

  8. Remove from the oven and, if you like, finish with a handful of fresh arugula.
