Sunflower & Lavender Oven Roasted Glazed Carrots 

A warm, slightly floral glaze that turns simple roasted carrots into something elegant.

Ingredients 

  • 1 lb carrots (whole or halved lengthwise)
     

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
     

  • Salt & pepper
     

  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Lavender Jelly
     

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
     

  • 1 tbsp warm water or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Roast carrots at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until tender.
     

  2. In a small bowl, whisk jelly, Dijon, and water/lemon.
     

  3. Spoon glaze over hot carrots and return to oven for 5 minutes.
     

  4. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt.

Sunflower Lavender Yogurt Cheesecake Cups

Easy, fresh & modern

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
     

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
     

  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
     

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
     

  • 3 tbsp Sunflower Lavender Jelly
     

  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Mix graham crumbs and butter. Press into the bottom of small jars or ramekins.
     

  2. Beat cream cheese, yogurt, honey, and 2 tbsp jelly.
     

  3. Spoon over the crust.
     

  4. Top with an extra swirl of jelly.

  5. Add another layer of crumbs (optional) 
     

  6. Chill for at least 1 hour.

Top with some whipped cream a drizzle of jelly diluted with a bit of water to make a syrup

Sunflower Lavender Ice Cream Float

A fun, yet elegant  afternoon drink for those warm afternoons

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice 

  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey  ( adjust to taste) 

  • 3 cups of water 

  • 2 cups of chilled sparkling water or soda

  • 4 tbsp Sunflower Lavender Jelly 

  • Vanilla Ice Cream 

Instructions

  1.  Add sugar/honey and jelly into 1 cup of boiled water and stir until completely dissolved. (making a syrup) 

  2. In a large pitcher, combine lemon juice and cooled sugar water (syrup) 

  3. Add remaining 2 cups cold water and stir well. 

  4. Just before serving add chilled sparkling water and stir gently

Serve in a tall glass and pour over a scoop of ice cream, garnish with edible lavender or sunflower petals and a drizzle a spoonful of the jelly over the ice cream
