Harvest Salad with Warm Apple SageVinaigrette

Ingredients
Instructions
​Salad

Mixed greens
-
Thinly sliced apple
-
Toasted walnuts or pecans
-
Crumbled goat cheese
-
Chopped nuts (of your choice)

Warm Dressing
-
1 tbsp. Apple Sage Jelly
-
1tbsp apple cider vinegar
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
pinch of salt
-
Crack of black pepper to taste

Toss all fresh greens, sliced apple together and add crumbled goat cheese on top and sprinkle chopped nuts over it all. (sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds etc.)

Warm jelly gently in a small saucepan just until loosened.

Whisk in vinegar and olive oil until emulsified.
-
Toss warm dressing over salad just before serving.
Apple Sage Poached Pears
A simple dessert with a classy presentation
Ingredients

2–3 firm pears, peeled
-
1 cup water
-
¼ cup Apple Sage Jelly
-
1 strip lemon peel
-
Tiny squeeze lemon juice
Instructions

Combine water, jelly, and lemon peel in a saucepan.

Bring to a gentle simmer.
-
Add pears and poach 15–20 minutes until tender.
-
Reduce remaining liquid slightly into a glaze.
-
Spoon glaze over pears before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with a sprinkle of nuts and a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, yogurt or dollop of whipped cream.


Apple Sage Sparkling Spritzer
Bright, herbal, lightly sweet — perfect for brunch or early autumn gatherings.
Ingredients
Single Serving:

1–2 tbsp Apple Sage Jelly
-
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
½ cup chilled apple cider (not overly sweet)
-
½ cup sparkling water
-
Ice
-
Optional: fresh sage leaf + thin apple slice for garnish
Instructions

Stir jelly and lemon juice together until loosened.
-
Add apple cider and mix well.
-
Fill a glass with ice and pour mixture over.
-
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
-
Garnish with sage and apple slice.
Also lovely with a splash of gin if you ever wanted an evening version.
