WILD EDIBLE 
PLANT WALK 

Some may call them weeds, others may never notice them at all. We call them food and medicine. Come out and learn about these amazing plants that are likely growing in your own back yard. Not only are they readily available, highly nutritious and quite tasty, they are also FREE.   This is a light walk and is accessible to all abilities.

EDIBLE GARDEN TOUR

Join me on a tour of my garden and learn about edible flowers, wild edibles and how I integrate them both into my vegetable garden. This is a hands on experience where you can smell, taste and touch the plants we discuss, in a clean and protected space

TEA PARTY 

This is a hands on, blend your own Herbal  Tea Party. It will start with a little explanation about herbs and how they effect us on a spiritual, emotional and physical level. You will then choose your herbs that speak to you and make your own tea, while enjoying some farm to table tea party snacks. This is for a group gathering for minimum of 4 people up to a maximum of 6
