About Us
Our GoalÂ
Our goal is to grow enough Fruits & Vegetables to provide for us, year round and provide for our community through our farmstand as well. Our hope is to inspire and teach others to grow, forage and connect with their food through our courses, services and with anyone who comes through the stand. We like to keep it natural, simple, and connect it all with mind, body & soul.
We have our own, little piece of paradise in the Comox Valley and we love it!
Over the years as renters, we have done a lot of container gardening. It taught us about what can grow in small spaces and how to create easy, low maintenance gardens.
In 2018 we were able to purchase our own piece of heaven and created our little half acre homestead and have been loving it ever since. This has allowed us to grow a permanent, more productive garden and provides food for us, year round.
Everything we grow here, is gown with organic practices and created to feed our mind, body and soul. It connects us back to nature and provides so much more than just food. It slows our busy minds, grounds us when we are stuck up in our heads and can help ease the tough stuff, life throws at us sometimes.

In 2023 we opened Natural Garden Grows Farm Stand. It has been a longtime dream of mine to be able to grow enough food for us and share some of the bounty with the community. This allows us a more sustainable system and helps contribute to maintaining and growing our dream.

The garden is our happy place and we are thrilled to be able to share it with you. We hope to see you soon at one of our events or come by and see us at the Farmstand.
