The Meatballs
-
1 lb ground turkey
-
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko works well)
-
1 egg, 1/4 cup finely minced onion
-
1 clove minced garlic,
-
1 tsp salt
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp dried thyme or sage

Method:
-
Combine all ingredients in a bowl—don't overmix, or they'll get tough.
-
Roll into 1-inch balls and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15–20 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
Ingredients The Cranberry Rose Glaze
-
1/2 cup of your cranberry rose jelly
-
1/2 cup chili sauce (like Heinz)
-
a squeeze of fresh orange juice.

Method:

-
Combine the jelly, chili sauce, and juice in a large saucepan over medium heat.
-
Whisk until the jelly is completely melted and the sauce is bubbling and glossy.
-
Finish: Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss gently to coat. Let them simmer for 5 minutes so the flavors meld.
Cranberry Rose Cider
A cozy winter beverage that provides sweetness and tart with a beautiful aroma
Ingredients
-
4 cups of unsweetened apple cider or cloudy apple juice.
-
1/2 to 3/4 cup of your cranberry rose jelly (adjust based on how sweet the cider is).
-
2 cinnamon sticks, 4 whole cloves, and 1 star anise.
-
1 orange, sliced into rounds, and a handful of whole fresh cranberries
Instructions
-
Pour the apple cider into a large pot. Add the jelly and whisk over medium heat until the jelly is completely dissolved.
-
Add the cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, orange slices, and fresh cranberries.
-
Bring the mixture to a very gentle simmer (don't let it boil hard). Let it steep on low heat for 15–20 minutes to allow the spices and rose notes to meld.
-
Ladle into mugs. For the kids, make sure it has cooled slightly. Garnish each mug with one of the warm orange slices or a few of the popped cranberries from the pot.
Pro-Tip: If you have a slow cooker, you can throw everything in and set it to "Low" for 2–3 hours. This is great for holiday gatherings as the kids can help themselves with a ladle, and it keeps the house smelling wonderful.

Savory Cranberry & Herb Stuffing
Sweet meets savory in this festive, comforting dish.
Ingredients
-
6 cups day-old bread cubes
-
1 small onion, diced
-
2 celery stalks, diced
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup dried cranberries
-
2–3 tbsp Cranberry or Cranberry-Rose Jelly
-
1–2 tsp fresh thyme
-
1 tsp chopped rosemary
-
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
-
¾–1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
-
Sauté onion, celery, and garlic in butter until soft.
-
In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, herbs, and dried cranberries.
-
Warm the jelly slightly so it loosens, then stir it into the broth.
-
Pour liquid over bread mixture and toss gently.
-
Transfer to baking dish and bake 25–35 minutes until golden on top.
The jelly melts into the stuffing, adding subtle sweetness and depth without overpowering the herbs.
