Rose Pancake Syrup

Ingredients 

  • ½ cup Natural Garden Grows Rose Jelly
     

  • 2–3 tablespoons hot water
     

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, brightens flavour)
     

Tiny pinch of sea salt (optional, balances sweetness)

Instructions

  • Place the rose jelly in a small saucepan over low heat.
     

  • Add 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir gently as the jelly melts.
     

  • Simmer very lightly for 1–2 minutes until smooth and pourable.
     

  • Add lemon juice and salt if using.
     

  • If needed, add another tablespoon of hot water to reach your desired syrup consistency.
     

  • Remove from heat and serve warm.

Texture Guide: Thicker → Use less water. Thinner drizzle → Add water 1 teaspoon at a time.

Rose Thumbprint Cookies 

Ingredients 

For the cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
     

  • 2/3 cup sugar
     

  • 1 egg yolk
     

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
     

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
     

  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the center:

1/2 cup Natural Garden Grows Rose Jelly

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

     

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
     

  • Mix in egg yolk and vanilla.
     

  • Add flour and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
     

  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
     

  • Use your thumb (or the back of a spoon) to gently press a well into the centre of each cookie.
     

  • Fill each indentation with about 1/2 teaspoon rose jelly.
     

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
     

  • Cool completely before serving.

Rose Lemonade

A floral, lightly sweet, garden-inspired lemonade using your rose syrup.

Ingredients 

Single Serving:

  • 2–3 tbsp rose syrup (adjust to taste)
     

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1–2 lemons)
     

  • 1 cup cold water or sparkling water
     

  • Ice
     

  • Optional: fresh rose petals for garnish
     

For a Pitcher
(about 4 servings)

  • 1/2 cup rose syrup
     

  • 3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
     

  • 4 cups cold water
     

  • Ice added just before serving
     

  • Stir, chill, taste-adjust.

Single Serving Instructions

  1. ​In a glass, combine rose syrup and fresh lemon juice.

  2. Stir well to blend.

  3. Add ice.

  4. Pour in cold water or sparkling water and stir gently.​​

Garnish with a few fresh rose petals and a thin slice of lemon

More syrup for sweetness, more lemon for brightness, & more water if too strong​
