Rose Pancake Syrup
Ingredients

½ cup Natural Garden Grows Rose Jelly
-
2–3 tablespoons hot water
-
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional, brightens flavour)
Tiny pinch of sea salt (optional, balances sweetness)
Instructions
-
Place the rose jelly in a small saucepan over low heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of hot water and stir gently as the jelly melts.
-
Simmer very lightly for 1–2 minutes until smooth and pourable.

Add lemon juice and salt if using.
-
If needed, add another tablespoon of hot water to reach your desired syrup consistency.

Remove from heat and serve warm.
Texture Guide: Thicker → Use less water. Thinner drizzle → Add water 1 teaspoon at a time.
Rose Thumbprint Cookies
Ingredients
For the cookies:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
-
2/3 cup sugar
-
1 egg yolk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
2 cups all-purpose flour
-
1/4 tsp salt

For the center:
1/2 cup Natural Garden Grows Rose Jelly
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
-
Mix in egg yolk and vanilla.
-
Add flour and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
-
Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.

Use your thumb (or the back of a spoon) to gently press a well into the centre of each cookie.

Fill each indentation with about 1/2 teaspoon rose jelly.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.

Cool completely before serving.

Rose Lemonade
A floral, lightly sweet, garden-inspired lemonade using your rose syrup.
Ingredients
Single Serving:

2–3 tbsp rose syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1–2 lemons)
-
1 cup cold water or sparkling water
-
Ice
-
Optional: fresh rose petals for garnish
For a Pitcher
(about 4 servings)

1/2 cup rose syrup
-
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
-
4 cups cold water
-
Ice added just before serving
-
Stir, chill, taste-adjust.
Single Serving Instructions

​In a glass, combine rose syrup and fresh lemon juice.

Stir well to blend.
-
Add ice.
-
Pour in cold water or sparkling water and stir gently.​​
Garnish with a few fresh rose petals and a thin slice of lemon
More syrup for sweetness, more lemon for brightness, & more water if too strong​
