  • Crust

  • 1 cup graham crumbs

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • Filling

  • 1 block (250g) cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 3–4 tbsp raspberry jam (for swirling)

  • Press crumb + butter mixture into lined 8x8 pan.
     

  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
     

  • Spread over crust.
     

  • Drop spoonfuls of jam on top and swirl with a knife.
     

  • Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30–35 minutes.
     

  • Chill before slicing.
