Raspberry Jam Vinaigrette
Ingredients

1 tbsp raspberry jam

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

3 tbsp olive oil

Pinch sea salt

Fresh cracked pepper
Instructions

Whisk jam and vinegar until smooth.

Add salt.

Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.

Adjust acidity to taste.
Perfect for spring greens, goat cheese salads, or even grilled chicken.
Raspberry Jam Sparkling Iced Tea
Fresh, light, and unexpected.
Ingredients

1 cup strong brewed black or hibiscus tea (cooled)

1 tbsp raspberry jam
-
1–2 tsp lemon juice
-
Sparkling water
-
Ice
Instructions

Stir jam into cooled tea until dissolved.

Add lemon juice.
-
Pour over ice and top with sparkling water.
-
Garnish with lemon slices or fresh berries.

Raspberry Jam Swirl Cheesecake Bars
Totally different vibe — dessert-forward and indulgent.
Ingredients

Crust

1 cup graham crumbs

3 tbsp melted butter
-
Filling
-
1 block (250g) cream cheese, softened
-
¼ cup sugar
-
1 egg
-
½ tsp vanilla
-
3–4 tbsp raspberry jam (for swirling)

Press crumb + butter mixture into lined 8x8 pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Spread over crust.
-
Drop spoonfuls of jam on top and swirl with a knife.

Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 30–35 minutes.

Chill before slicing.
